This delicious egg-less chocolate cake is for all those who can't have eggs in their food or don't like eggs so here comes egg-less chocolate cake for all those people
Ingredients:
- Refine Flour - 2 cups
- Baking Powder - 2 tsp
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1 tsp
- Castor Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Condensed Milk - 1/2 tin
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- White Butter - 1 cup
- Choco Powder - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Walnuts/Almonds - 1 cup
Method:
- Mix flour, soda bicarb & baking powder together
- Add sugar, condensed milk, milk, choco powder & melted butter in the flour and mix well to form a thick batter
- Preheat the oven at 200'c and grease a baking tray with butter and pour the chocolate cake batter in the baking tray
- Bake at 200'C for 30min or until the cake turns soft
- Insert a fork or needle and check whether the cake is properly cooked or not
- Once done remove from oven let cool down in room temperature and then put in freezer for couple of hours
- Serve cold to everyone
