Egg Bhurji is nothing but scrambled egg which is a common as well as easy dish to be prepared in a short span of time and today I am going to prepare for you Egg Bhurji in Punjabi Style, so try it at home
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 15
- Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Chopped Onions - 6 medium
- Chopped Tomatoes - 6 medium
- Chopped Ginger - 2 inch piece
- Chopped Green chillies - 6
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions
- Once the onions get brownish add chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies and mix well
- On the other end break the eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well to form a liquid one and mix with the spices in the pan
- Stir well until the egg mix becomes totally dry to form a bhurji
- Now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with paratha, nun or chapati
